Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to express my practice. I think I needed this!- to remind myself of what brings me back home.

I love this, Sam! And I love Forest Bathing. What fascinates me is the discovery of phytoncides found in the air in the forest and its immunological benefits. People come out of their experience with lower heart rates and less stress and the science is backing it up! One day we'll find that nature was always the cure. Thank you for a great post!

The science around Forest Bathing is incredible. I love the findings that said it regulates blood pressure- It lowers blood pressure if it's too high, but it also raises it if it's too low. Talk about an adaptogen!

I love this: adaptoen. I’m so in. Though that does remind me I haven’t had my mushroom powder today… cry laugh…

Oh I love that discovery, thanks for sharing it! The picture is really growing, isn’t it? All aspects of being in a forest/nature are healing. Almost like that’s where our bodies have always belonged.

Thank you for sharing. This piece makes me feel calmer already and inspiring me to get outside this morning versus do an indoor workout. I am hungry and nature is ready to feed me-and the world.

This brought up so much longing to be in the wilderness with my other than human friends. The greens and golds. The smell of pine. Looking forward to being there next week.

I can’t wait to get back there myself Judy. I too long for it.

Re-reading my words brought that up for me too! I wanna get out there and just hang out with trees and birds! 😁
